- Your Commission Now will advance you up to 90% of the commission you are due;
- The fee for using Your Commission Now is $2.15 per $1,000 or part thereof of the total commission multiplied by the number of days specified by the contract for settlement, subject to a minimum fee of $250.00;
- There are no other fees involved such as legal fees, documentation fees, administration fees, termination fees or GST;
- For example, if the commission you’re due is $4,000 and settlement is due in 30 days, Your Commission Now will give you $3,600 within 24 hours of the contract becoming unconditional and a further $142 upon settlement of the transaction in 30 days;
- Fees paid for using Your Commission Now are normally tax deductible if you use the cash for predominantly business or investment related purposes. Of course, you need to confirm this with your adviser in light of your individual circumstances.
